To support this commitment, we have a dedicated Primary Care Partnerships Lead. This role strengthens communication and partnership between Allevia Hospitals, our Specialists, and the General Practice / primary care community, helping GPs and their teams navigate our services and ensuring patients have access to coordinated, timely care.

Providing clear information and practical resources relating to Allevia Hospitals’ services and referral pathways

Offering personalised on-site consultations to update practices on hospital services, specialists, and new initiatives

Facilitating communication between GP practices and specialist rooms when required

Coordinating tailored education sessions and specialist introductions within your practice

Supporting GP education and CME opportunities delivered by Allevia Hospitals
